My take with dt 4.6.1.

Nothing special, just tone equaliser preset to increase global contrast with adjusted masking to cover the image range, and white balance to get a nice blue sky (as I have no idea what the actual light was like…).

Given the focal lenght used (300mm according to EXIF), and the haziness present, we can expect a faint blue cast and a low contrast image.
With the haze, it’s normal the background mountains end up rather blue. So I wanted to preserve that. OP indicated the sky was quite blue, so that means we have to be careful with the white balance to avoid a muddy sky…

Here is my version. I kept the color calibration set o white balance as shot. I probably over did the dehazing.
