Preference "export multiple images in parallel"

Hello!

Does the preference “export multiple images in parallel” mentioned in darktable and OpenCL (updated) correspond to “number of background threads” or are these two different settings?

I don’t think so.
According to the usermanual:

NUMBER OF BACKGROUND THREADS
This controls how many parallel threads are used to create thumbnails during import. On 32bit systems it is strongly recommended to set this to 1. Needs a restart if changed (default 2).

But I don’t know which setting is for setting “export multiple images in parallel”

That setting was removed years ago.

So we just discussed this in #darktable on freenode … and this option for parallel export was removed years ago.
