Any recommendation for what Demosaic Method to use with the Sony A6500?
Well it depends on what you like. Personally, I use LMMSE for high noise shots, AMAZE for anything else (I have an A6000, not 6500 though)

Could you please upload the full sample set to the RPU?
In particular, the usermanual suggests that the camera produces two raw variants:
RAW images recorded with this camera have a resolution of 14 bits per pixel. However,
resolution is limited to 12 bits in the following shooting modes:
[ Long Exposure NR]
[BULB]
Continuous shooting (including continuous shooting in [Superior Auto] mode)
[ Silent Shooting]
Place camera in a stable position (tripod?, and the scene should be as static as possible, something horizontal, landscape-y), and take one normal raw, and one raw in Silent Shooting mode, and upload both of them. Right now we have just one (12-bit) sample.
