My favourite YouTube comment on Apple’s iPhone 16 presentation
I was walking my extremely adorable dog a few weeks ago and a street photographer decided to shove his camera in my dogs face and snap a photo. Well within their rights here in the US, but my dog was not on a long leash and it was just really weird. I loudly said “OK” and looked at him, but there was no reply at all. OK.
The dog owner in the screen grab is definitely in need of a speech bubble
This reminds me the equally out of touch ad(but completely unrelated) for their new ipad. Where to exemplify how many art tools fit into such a slim device, they show a video where there’s a neat pile of analog art tools and media, which then gets smashed to pieces and turned into the “ipad”.
In a world where people feel increasingly disconnected to digital media, both in consumption and creation, this ad feels subversive on a strange level.
This is insane, not even a hello from them ![]()
