The question is how did you get that annoying blue tint? I just used default white balance settings in CC module which set itself to as shot in camera. Even playing with filmic I didn’t get the blue tint.
fair enough, both picking the white balance from the white part of the sign and making highlights colder play a role, the latter responsible for most of it. The former probably because the white parts are probably tinted red, from the red letters.
Since a lot of (almost all?) other attempts have it, I assumed that it’s just… there. I guess we all just had the same idea.
Hey Lucas,
Thanks for sharing this awesome photo! Had an enjoyable editing session working on it. I wanted to give a bit of a retro film vibe so added some bloom. I lit the building facade with a little mask to improve depth and interest in that area. Most of the color grade was done with RGB curves.
I’m eagerly awaiting the new AgX module. ![]()

What a great photo!
Nothing, groundbreakingly new. I also tried to go for a cyberpunkish vibe (de-saturated, slightly twisted colors and lots of local contrast).

You can re-save the image with reduced size, edit the post, remove the original image file and replace it with the re-sized image file.
Might be me but… i wanted to do that but could not find an edit option only a delete button
You need to gain trust by participation before you can edit posts.
Oh, sorry. What @paperdigits said.
Hello,
Here is my proposal. I tried to add texture and highlight the warm tones to emphasize the artificial lights of a night scene.

Hello,
Here is my first attempt with RapidRAW v1.4.2. I am impressed with the results for such a new project.
I had to zip the file because the sidecar file format is not recognized.
