can someone explain to me, why it is not possible to register a seq with “apply existing registration” in the first place? I always have to register the data with e.g. global star alignment and create a seq then go to seq and choose the prior seq. than i can apply the existing registration. appllying a existing registration to a registered fileset fails with "not adjustments will be made.
Hello, the “apply existing registration” method is used when the registration has not created a sequence, which happens when either the “save transformation in seq file only” option or the “two-pass global star alignment” method are used.
