applying background extraction to all images before stacking

Hello. Firstly, I’m new to Siril.

I want to apply background extraction and color calibration to all of my images and then stack them. Is there a way to do this easily or should I apply these to my thousands of images one by one and export them, then stack them together which probably tooks more than a human life.
