I have a problem with open file which have Arabic letter in it’s path

Please specify Natron version and platform (win/lin/mac), and if possible a small sample file.
Is is a project file? a video file? a image file?
Natron version 2.3.14 platform win and the problem not in the file itself but in the path which contain Arabic letters so the nodes can’t be shown as mentioned in attached pic

I don’t have access to Windows at the moment, but I will check a bit later tonight or tomorrow.
I know this was a problem back in ~2015 on Windows, but the problem was fixed (although we did not test arabic), maybe we missed something (or something triggered this at a later date).
