Loved your crop and straightening effort so I just tidied up the branch on the jpeg, I suppose you only licensed the RAW, not the jpeg, but oh well.
It could be done with the retouch panel in darktable using the clone mode, but with my old Photoshop experience I’m much more comfortable attacking these things with layers in GIMP. I cleaned up the broad sections using the surrounding wall, then grabbed the upper window sill to cover up the branches there. You could work your way along with the clone tool for a better perspective, but I think this easily passes if you’re not comparing before and after at 100%
