Hi - I am capturing a series of TIF files using AstroShader on iOS (3s x 300 frames), and treat them into Siril (requires pre-conversion to make TIF format correct) - Conversion, Registration, Stacking, mostly with default settings. However there a artefacts on the stacked picture made of diagonal purple and green lines. Being an absolute beginner in astrophotography, are these lines normal and need to be removed via Siril advanced processing options or do they result from weak TIF capture upfront in AstroShader ?

First, doing astrophotography with TIFF files is a bad idea: you can’t calibrate images with darks because images are already demosaiced.
Here what you are seeing is probably walking noise, due to the lack of calibration and probably dithering too.
