Ball gown in near darkness

OK, not the best shot perhaps, but I’m interested in how people bring up the shadows and denoise. It’s a ball gown, image taken at Kingston Lacy (UK), in a very dimly lit room, handheld. The colours in my effort are more or less correct, at least for the gown. I’m always amazed by how much you can dredge oput of the shadows with modern cameras (and this one is not the most modern!).

Difficult lighting. White balance seemed to be key here.

DIfficult lighting, yes. A mix of an LED spot on the floor plus incansescent (I think) wall lights.
