Not in Connemara. It’s in county Donegal. So you’re right as both are in Ireland

In fact, what I like best in this shot are the people, not the rocks or the beach.
At a second view a different interpretation comes to my mind:
Lady in black says : Hurry up, we'll have to go
Child says: No, no, no! It's so much fun to catch fishes with my fishing net
