This one is from today. Nice motif, bad light conditions, so what?
Basic scene-referred workflow. I tried to preserve haze in the distance and reduce it just in the foreground, to emphasize volume. To do that, I used a masked color balance module instead of haze removal, which results I don’t like that much.

@gadolf Also tried to dehaze the front buildings only. Selectively dehazing is an interesting exercise.
Masking is by no means perfect, but you get the gist. My signature rgb curve overuse, as always.

Obrigado, @Antonio.guerreiro Pois é, o Rio é a cidade distópica por excelência! Pessoalmente, não consigo mais restringir-me apenas às suas belezas (que são muitas, sem dúvida), sabendo o que está por trás delas. É um bloqueio mesmo.
Folgo em saber que a língua portuguesa (e o sotaque sul americano) está por aqui também (e que estranho redigir em português neste forum hehehe).

De fato está quente, mas não tanto como seria de esperar nesta época do ano. Tenho cá para mim (teoria de botequim 
) que o aquecimento global tem vindo a derreter mais o gelo da Antártida, inundando o nosso litoral de água fria e, consequentemente, tornando a temperatura mais amena. Uma falsa sensação de que o aquecimento global não existe.
