Colour of all sorts have followed me during my professional era.
One long period I even dived into the vast pool of black, in the shape
of Japanese and Chinese ink sticks.

I had no idea what an ink stick was; thanks to this post and Wikipedia, I’ve learned yet another new thing — I’ve added to my 'interesting things learned on pixls.us that aren’t typically photography-related (along with my recently acquired knowledge of the daily lives of scrub jays, how to tie different kinds of knots, and how boomerangs work).
