Bringing Consistency in brightness in DT vs Output jpg

Everytime I output (export) a pic in DT, it appears to me that the picture is a little darker than what I see in DT. What could be the reason and what could be a solution?

It could be that the viewer is not colour managed, or that darktable and the viewer use different display profiles.
If you re-import the jpg into darktable, does it look like the raw? If yes, then it’s probably a display profile issue.

Another common issue is the haze removal module, for which a fix was merged into the development branch this week.

Also the scaling/resampling might have a subtle effect, and could depend on the “high quality” option of the export module.

So Istvan, I can now use the haze removal module again? That is great news.
