I set my JPEG render as 90% for daily use, but it sometimes will have broken point in the image, check my attachment to see the example (Top left corner have broken point)

is like dead dot random appear, it can only fix by re render the photo, but idk is that every time the photo render is perfect, is this a encoder error or what does it cause by?

??? re-render probably not a good option when I editing thousand of photo for my project, is also not possible to check every single image is the point is broken or not
Could you provide 2-3 RAW images (including the sidecar files) where you observed this behaviour? Then others could try to reproduce your issue.
Currently we only know that you have this issue and judging from the lack of answers here it is probably not very widespread.
