If someone can guide me as to what setting to use to export the picture in tiff format which DCamProf can use. There are guides for capture one pro where one step is where a setting is there for embedding camera profile in the tiff file. what is the equivalent setting in darktable?
From the DCamProf guide
Select ICC profile: “Phase One Effects: No Color Correction”, and curve: “Linear Response” (don’t use “Linear Scientific”). White balance setting doesn’t matter so you can leave it on “as shot” (DCamProf will know which patch that is white and automatically compensate). Then export using “Export variants”, and select “16 bit TIFF”, and “Embed camera profile”
