Canon CR3 files problem, again...

Hello, I’m having problems again with Canon CR3 files. Everything was fine until today. Now when I open them in ART I get these black borders at the top and on the left sides. I haven’t updated the camera firmware, I haven’t updated ART (I’m using version 1.25.3.1). Is it possible that a libraw update is causing the problem?

I was able to identify where the problem might be coming from. On my camera, I can crop the image at the time of shooting (e.g. 1.6 crop, 1:1 crop, etc…). When I do this, I have problems in ART.
But I didn’t have this problem a few weeks ago, I guess there’s been a libraw update?
