Can't load PNG or any file on Windows

Hello i m french, and a really new user in natron, it look really fantastic and i have fun with it, but i have a really annoying bug, i can’t load any file in it, png jpg, psd etc… nothing work.
I have this error, my system is windows 10.

Anyone already got this bug to ?

Anyone have solution ? i checked on the web but no solution…

try reinstalling natron.

Hi and thanks for your answer, in fact this is the first thing i tried, a lot of time, but always the same error.
