[Capture Challenge] Charge your battery and take some photos

About 20 minutes ago, Cheyenne Mountain State Park, Colorado, USA, from Cabin B:

When we saw the moonrise, I rushed to put together the Z 6, 70-300, and tripod, just did some matrix metering bracketing. Cropped a bit to remove some distracting foreground.

Today I woke up with a strong, middle-strong, strong headache. In the morning I visited the nearby hills hoping to take some great shots, but the weather was so dull that I didn’t even took the camera off its pouch. In the afternoon I was still around with a camera in my pocket when I met someone else with a headache issue. I felt for him.

Have a heartwarming Pèsach/Easter/Ramadan! Or, if you like me believe only in headaches, have a wonderful headache!

I like the void in your take. Super inspiring!

This thread will never end

At a Land Rover event near Cooma yesterday. No special images really, but quite liked this one. OOC Jpg (just downsized) from my EM5ii… couldn’t really better it for the look I wanted

So many wonderful shots! Too many to give comment on: I will chose a few.

Yes they are, but you caught one candidly. Speaking of candid, I was disheveled, my nose running and my eyes red last week when I renewed my health card and driver’s licence. I wonder how my photo will turn out?! Make like:

That is nice, though the gate is on the sharp side.

Wow, so much so.

Count me in. I have been doing neck stretches like so:

Nicely done! What did you do to control the rotation?

It was my highly developed musculoskeletal expertise… i.e., I just twisted the camera when I pushed the button (totally random chance). There were several shots that were well off center, in fact this was the only centered one.

I took an ICM shot and a still one … naturally at two different zoom levels, so I had to resize the ICM layer. I think I used luminosity mode and about 50% opacity.

That closeup shows the scale of the egg. What kind of spice rub is that?

I love that first shot, @hatsnp. The second one’s great, too, but I particularly like the unusual composition of the first one. Nice going!
