why is the register command using the green channel by default for registration but the seqapplyreg command (2-pass processing) is using the red channel (first channel with data)?

Maybe the documentation can be improved. What is meant by “data” is “registration data”. So if you have performed the first pass of registration on green layer (which is the default), seqapplyreg will use the registration data of this layer.
