I’m trying to reprocess subs of M42. Previously the colors looked to be correct, but today what was Pink in M42 is now Yellow and I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.
I’m running siril 1.3.6 (updated 3/28/25), but I also see the same issue on 1.2.6. I get the same issue with and without calibration.
My steps are a basic create sequence from flats, register and stack. When I view the unprocessed stack in autostretch or linear M42 is Yellow when it was Pink when I did the same last week. If I run photometric Color calibration, it is still Yellow.
If I stack with RGB normalization on, then the colors look okay (maybe I did this the 1st time). Why are they wrong when I stack without RGB normalization and then remove Green noise?
