Today I compiled as usual the current DT master and got an Windows defender alarm:
Is that a file that is supposed to be present?

I would say that. It could mean that your system is infected with that trojan and it keeps infecting other exe files. but it could also be clean.
I just wanted to explain what those files normally are.
