Convert .CR2 camera RAW to Linear RGB

Hi,

I’m interested in using some CR2 RAW images in some camera experiments I’m hoping to run. I’m trying to measure the camera output luminance of an item with respect to a white card of known reflectance.

Is there any software that will take a CR2 image and output a linear, uncompressed file with a wide colour gamut (say AdobeRGB 1998 or ITU-R BT.2020). I can then measure the output level of the known reflector, scale the image in the luminance domain so that it comes out at a fixed level, then measure the level of the other items in shot.
