Create ICC profile with LumaRiver

I want to create an ICC from my ARQ (pixelshift Sony files) with LumaRiver and RawTherapee. But i’m unable to do it. Anyone has experience in making it? My problem is the ICC profile is darker. I save Reference Image from RT and then try to make the profile. But it’s darker.

Convert the file to DNG using ACR/Lightroom or the free Adobe DNG converter and make a DCP profile using Lumariver. Rawtherapee accepts DCP profiles and they are easier to make than ICC/ICM profiles.
