Crop to other size

I need to crop an image to 5 inch by 7.5 inch. Not the 5 by 7, but 7.5.

How can I do that?

Isn’t that the same as 3:2?

  2. I didn’t find it because I couldn’t think of the term “custom crop”, now I have found it.
