Darktable 2.4.4 support .ORF files?

I bought a used Olympus SP-565UZ. It can output .ORF raw file however when I try to load up on DT, I get an error “file name not recognized”.
Is there a solution/work around?

Uploaded an .ORF file… Guess cannot use DT to process the file at this time?

We currently don’t seem to have samples for that camera, which means no, you can’t. If you upload some samples, we can add support for that camera.

Although you should upgrade to the latest 2.6.2 and try that.

Don’t know how to compile on Linux …

Which distro are you on?

There are several options other than compiling listed at install | darktable

I only use linux, particularly I am on Bionicpup64 (latest puppylinux).
