anyone can help?

What operating system are you using? Which version of darktable? Can you open the problem RAF using darktable’s GUI?

I’m using ubuntu 16.04. darktable version 2.0.3. opening RAF with GUI is fine, I also can export it to tiff.
I’m installing the darktable-cli via apt-get (install | darktable)

I would try the latest darktable version. 2.0.4 is more then 3 years old.

You can get the latest darktable via PPA, snap, or flatpak.

thanks all. It’s working after update to the latest version.
One more question, how to configure darktable-cli on MacOS?

On Mac, the CLI binary is inside the darktable.app. you can cd in there and find it. Add it to your path or create a shell alias.
