Not sure if this is a bug or just the way it works, but I created a preset to produce a 25% scaled JPG for posting images to this forum. However, the preset I created fails to remember that I set the scale to 0.25.

Looks like a bug… For me it just stays at the last value I give it…even if I change to a new preset so its like it is not part of the export preset… This is on the WIndows version for me…
Perhaps others can check…
If anyone else confirms this I will report it as an issue… export scale option and value are not saved or changed by a new preset and must be manually changed…
I am Windows 10 by the way and I am using the latest weekly insiders build of 4.3
Hi Todd,
I am wondering if some change has been made. I am using the latest weekly build for windows and now the problem has changed. If I scale the image in export to 0.25 for posting on the web as a JPG this scaling is remembered upon closing darktable or switching to another preset such as my tiff file preset. Whereas my original problem was the scaling option was always being forgotten in my preset now the problem is it is always being remembered and applied even when not desired.
I feel there would be a number of users who would like to be able to have export presets based upon scaling. Should I post a bug report?
