Darktable latest build for Windows?

Does a nightly or latest build newer than the official one exist for Windows?
Just curious to test any new feature if there’s any.

Is it me or the Shadows/Highlights works much better right out of the box?
And the same goes for the denoise (profiled).
I might be just getting lucky with the photo I’m testing it on, but at first glance it seems there’s a big improvement over 2.4
