Darktable need help adding .icc

Running DarkTable 4.6.0 on Linux Mint
I am trying to enter my first competition in my local club and need a bit of help. When I upload my image I get a warning

Incorrect colour profile sRGB [conflicts with Exif]
Looking at the help it says that I need to use

sRGB IEC61966-2.1

I have downloaded this and put it in ~/.config/darktable/color and then restarted Darktable, but I don’t see it in the options under ‘profile’ in the export screen.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Hello,

The icc profiles are stored in the following directories:
/home/USER/.config/darktable/color/in for input profiles and
/home/USER/.config/darktable/color/out for export profiles.
