Does anyone know if a roadmap for darkTable exists? What currently is being worked on, what enhancements are being worked on, what future enhancements are being proposed, etc ? I haven’t seen any reference to where this might be found.

Although it seems GitHub milestones for darktable are also in use.
quite simple: buxfix release (third digit >0) won’t get new features, everything else in a quite useful state is tagged for the next release.
Whatever is ready at feature freeze, will be in the next release …

Following this forum reveals some potential areas being worked on that show a lot of promise. I download the weekly builds usually for windows which currently are v5.5 and these show you what has been incorporated into master and are being tested prior to DT 5.6. At the moment I am not aware of any major new features in DT 5.5 but I am sure a couple will make their way in soon. I haven’t downloaded 5.5 yet but will once the first new feature is added.
