It is probably just me but the latest insider build is opening with the wrong CSS theme and when I change it to what I want it opens in the wrong theme at the next start up. I will see if this problem persists when next weeks build comes out.
You could just also try the automated one on the repo to see if it does the same thing
Thanks for the suggestion Todd. I downloaded the latest version here and the problem persisted. I removed the offending css file and problem was resolved. So just some local issue it seems.

The problem returned today. There must be something corrupt in my install for the dev version.
