desktop and startmenu shortcuts

I think having desktop and startmenu shortcuts without version info will look better, instead of GIMP 2.10.30, just GIMP.

I think the reasoning for the version #'s after GIMP are incase someone has more than one version on their computer. - You may be able to rename it like renaming a file if you only have the one version on your computer.

Also had a thought. Why don’t you pin your gimp to the task bar - wont show any version numbers there just Wilber until it is open
