Execution of siril-deps.sh triggers Bitdefender anti-virus

Hi,
I’ve just done a clean install of 658cfb4d43e8cba349cf978eb30b1d2668158717 dated 9th July (current head of main) for Windows. The addition of GTK4 has required that the MSYS2 Siril dependencies be updated. When siril-deps.sh was executed, Bitdefender anti-virus triggered twice with the following messages

chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to ad.360yield-basic.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address than the targeted one.

The file C:\msys64\ucrt64\bin\git2.exe is infected with Gen:Variant.Barys.512089 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.

These may be a false negatives, but I’ll wait for a reply before continuing.

Looked up ad.360yield and it doesn’t seem to be malicious itself but is often flagged by anti virus as it’s advertising customers have been known to drop cookies without permission and serve malware.

I can confirm this is a false positive.

Thanks for the conformation. Good to know. I’ll add an exception to my anti-virus.
