Hello,
I have some issues with exporting. Could you please help me find out what can be the reason? I work with images in .tiff format and I edit them in GIMP (obviously). After my work is done, I export it back to .tiff and I add a desciption. In this phase, two options happen to me:
a) it is exported correctly and I can open the image with my computer (Windows 10) , I can see the description.
b) I cannot open the .tiff image, I cannot see the description, it just looks like there is some kind of error.
I don’t know what could be the cause because I do the exact same thing while exporting. But sometimes, the exported image cannot be opened (the example b) and I don’t know why. Once, it helped to turn Gimp off and on, but sometimes even this doesn’t help and the error occurs again.
Do you have any tips?
