Without any exact description of what you want to do, how you want to do it, what kind of images you want to export (and, and, and…) it is impossible to help. Any attempt to help would be pure speculation.

We certainly don’t ask for nor require English. English is the language that opens the most doors to get help, but we have translation apps that work just fine.

In the bottom left corner the program reports that it is exporting the image…
Do you get any warnings or error messages if you start the application from the command line/terminal ?
That happens when you try to start darktable when it’s already running (which seems to be the case from your screenshot). It’s a protection against database corruption. So before starting a new session with darktable, close the running one.
Cela arrive quand on essaie de demarrer darktable pendant que le programme est deja actif (c’est le cas ici selon le capture d’écran). Arrêtez la session en cours avant de demarrer une nouvelle
I do not speak french and it is not possible to copy/paste the text from your sreenshot for translation. I do not like to type this french text into a translator character by character.
It would be useful if you could try to lauch darktable from the command line/terminal to get warnings/error messages. See darktable 4.0 user manual - darktable
Edit : @rvietor is right. You tried to start a second instance of darktable, this is not possible without possible damage to the database. But this has nothing to do with your initial problem of exporting.

quand j ouvre darktable je fait mon développement puis j exporte la photo ca fonctionne
ensuite je veux faire un deuxieme developpement il mets exportation fichier sauf qu il n 'exporte rien

b) Que contient-il ?
dans le dossier sardaigne j ai mes photos jpeg
plus un dossier raw
La copie d’écran ne sert à rien, on ne sait même pas quelles images tu as exportées. Je pense franchement qu’il manque beaucoup de contexte à ton explication. Première chose à faire, fais tes exportations dans un dossier vide et différent du répértoire ayant tes images d’origines.

Une des options pour l’exportation determine quoi faire si un nom de fichier existe déjà . Si vous avez choisi “sauter”, l’image ne sera pas exporté s’il a été exporté avant, en effet.
One of the export settings lets you choose what to do on file name conflict (i.e. existing name), one option there is “skip” (“do nothing”). You didn’t set that one by any chance?
