Hi, all!
I had a piece of Great Fun™ a few days ago.
Number One Wife brought in some flowers, put them into a vase
which she placed below our dinner room lamp (an Italian thing,
decorated with grapes and vine) in front of an old Dutch oil painting
on the wall.
I added a layer of yellowish “varnish” to make the fake look more
authentic…
I am quite happy with the result

Neat! Quaint, yet a bit “Dali - ish” in its perspective.
Got me looking around the house… Hmm, our stuff isn’t so interesting. 
I was going to say how dare anyone block the painting with flowers, but will sleep tonight, knowing it is a trick of perspective!
