I don’t see noise on the “before” one. Make sure when you export from RAW, don’t apply any denoise (profiled) or sharpening, just demosaic and exposure. nind-denoise works on the raw red-green-blue noise pattern.
But, at least you get nind-denoise to work without error! That was the biggest challenge of the whole process.
