I’ve been using RawTherapee to digitise my negatives, and whilst one or two sometimes prove to be very hard to get right I’m really happy, so thanks for the great tool!
I had an issue this week where RT didn’t open correctly (exe ran but no window opened). I thought I’d simply reinstall it. However I somehow must have a version mismatch this time around? The edited pictures still have the values stored in their corresponding .pp3 sidecar and RT reads the settings too - all but the negative tool, which has a few sliders less now.
I’m a bit confused since the last time I installed RT was on 15 July '21 and I thought that there was no new stable release in the meantime? Both versions are 5.8 but I don’t remember the exact build number of the previously installed one
Anyway, if someone has a formula/knows what I need to add or subtract from the right values to get my colours “back” I’d be very glad. I stupidly had not processed all images as I wasn’t happy with all of them yet and thought I’d tweak them a little at a later point and would be very glad if I could get them back to where they were in a reasonably short amount of time!
