Does it matter if the flats have a color cast? I usually use a white t-shirt + led tracing pad but now I had to put a piece of paper between it to dim the light and the color is not perfectly white but there is a little blue in it. I stacked in Siril and everything looks normal.
No. It doesn’t matter. Especially with the equalize CFA option ON.
