Inspired by other forest edits I’ve seen. Bloom, saturate, vignetting for detail + brightness.
I think this export looks better when viewed 100% (i.e. 2500x1700), the preview seems a bit more splotchy than I expected

I wrestled with the purple color fringing (that got cropped out anyhow).
Tried Chromatic Aberattions which took away part of it.
Then radically diminished the saturation of the involved purple in color equalizer whilst at the same time upping the lightness of the purples.
I would like to still find a better way. Would love to hear some advice or alternative approaches…

Could not find the elves and no hobbits, therefore I cropped to have a kinda foreground subject with the fallen trunk. Plus more light and pushed a bit on the red. Added some sharpening at the end… So there:
