From this sunday morning's walk.

Around 7 or 8 am, every Sunday I go out shooting bugs. It’s my therapy. Honestly, it helped me get through a bitch of a depression not so long ago.

I think this is a male of the Pisaura mirabilis variety, or commonly referred to as The European Nursery Web Spider.

Shot with a Sony a6000, SMC Pentax M Macro 50mm f/4, 57mm extension tubes.

Excellent – did you use only natural light?

Godox TT 685S is a flash, if I’m not mistaken.

Very creepy little guy!

Thanks!

It was having its Sunday morning walk. Then a giant black UFO hovered in front of it with terrible blinding blinking lights and roaring thunder.
