I see that you put the centers of reconstructed patches and the center of target patch as the search offsets. So this should mean that at the start the center of the target patch is the search offset?
How do you make sure that the source patch does not contain any missing pixels which can happen if you start with the center of the target patch being your search offset. Thanks!
