Geeqie & OM-1 MkII

Opensuse Leap 15.5

I’m trying to view OM-1 MkII ORF images with Geeqie and it’s not working. It only shows black. (works with my Canon & Fuji files).

I have tried the latest version appimage (2.4) downloaded from https://github.com/BestImageViewer/geeqie.

Any suggestion on what library I may be missing?

the raw library used by geeqie might not support that ORF format yet. keep in mind that most opensource tools share the underlying libraries so if it is missing in general one tool normally wont magically support it.

I thought that the filetype didn’t matter since it was only the preview display.

Can exiv2 extract the previews?

I think geeqie user Libraw. So that library would have to support OM-1 II (It does support OM-1).

Yes the big preview, almost full size: 3200x2400
