Hi,
I’m new to using GIMP and am trying to produce digital artwork from photos. I’ve searched online and not found anyone offering 1-2-1 tuition for GIMP.
I’ve tried using YouTube videos etc however these do not suit my learning style.
Can anyone direct me to someone offering 1-2-1 session?

Best thing you can do Claire is to follow tutorials of things that may interest you. Not because they are your learning style but because you might learn something about Gimp that you didn’t know before. Especially if you are new at Gimp. Then once you have worked out a little of what to do with the program you can just use your imagination and style. Your program can even be rearranged into the way you would like to have it. You can have it over several monitors if you have them as well keeping you picture on one and tools etc on another. Experiment & practice and you will be doing your own thing in no time.
