GIMP 2.10 on Windows is reported to prone to crash and very slow.

I just introduce many people to GIMP 2.10 and many of them encounter crash doing basic filter and slow down compare to 2.8. Anybody have the same problem?

On linux however, I found it to be very stable.

Yes, it is very unclear, just ignore this thread for now, I will report if I get more info.
