Great feature "discovered" – Mosaic with WCS alignment

Dear developers,

I just wanted to thank you sincerely — today I “discovered” an amazing feature in Siril: mosaic creation using WCS alignment. It works beautifully, exactly as I had imagined!

However, it seems to be very poorly documented. I only found a few references to it in some forum threads (on Pixls) and feature requests (on GitLab).
Only now have I finally come across an actual tutorial here:

You should really promote this feature more widely and maybe consider adding a dedicated command or guided workflow, to make it more user-friendly and easier to discover without needing to dig through tutorials.

Regards,
Lorenzo

And there is the documentation too:

https://siril.readthedocs.io/en/stable/preprocessing/stacking.html#image-stitching

Well, it was in the release note, it’s in the documentation and we wrote a walk-through guide in our tutorial page. If you go to the tutorials main page, you will see with a tag NEW.
There have been video demos, one of which is this one done by @Rich_Stevenson : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4apAdLWJ3Dg, and who had already shown a preview in another video when released the first beta… I seriously don’t know how else we could promote that (and the rest because other users may be interested in other new features). Any ideas?

Thank you for the links and references!
Imho the best would be that the users find an explicit command in the Registration tab, why not to create a new “registration method” like “Global star alignment” named “Plate solving registration”? Then add addition info in the help appearing with “mouse on”.

Lorenzo
