It stays at the settings and there is no other preset available.
can you share one of these DNG…are they recently converted??
You can just upload it here
I missed that. These are dng. It could be just about anything in them.
passthough activated shifts the colors for my .cr3 canon raw like above.
Using the parameter reset does show “correct” colors.
So I do not use a preset for the raw point, but just let DT du it’s default evaluation for the values.
It may be that because of the conversion of the raw the “magic” may not work as expected. Have you tried working with the original Photo RAW Max?
If that format is Apple’s “ProRAW”, that won’t work: iirc, those aren’t “raw” files, but developed images with secret Apple sauce added. That would be consistent with the “passthrough” option as default for raw black/white point (for developed images the full range of pixel values should be valid…)
Okay so it seems like its not reading your DNG correctly and with the wrong meta data you get those results…so annoying i guess but now you know what the issue is and the fix is not too hard…I think you can apply a style with that module and select to have it do a reset on application… I would as always test that but if that works then you should be able to apply that on a wider scale and correct all your images…
