I have an edit which is more red, but I got some more detail out of the fire too.

(There might be better ways to do this, my steps are straying from defaults/recommended this time)

Lightened up the shadows, used sigmoid instead of filmic rgb, didn’t worry about the halos around the fire (or is that the smoke?).

I (finally) implemented a basic denoising step in my app, and I am quite happy that it does fix the issue of ISO grain being “amplified” by some other edits.

So here is a better result, I think:

My take on this.

Tried to show the smoke and color of the flames.
Removed some blemishes to get a more quiet image with less distractions. Crop + Frame.
Nothing exceptional with colors.
Denoised quite aggressive for my doing.
